Oxfam Italia Intercultura (OII) is a social cooperative founded by Oxfam Italia and Centro Documentazione di Arezzo working on national territory in programs of inclusion, reception and integration of vulnerable groups with a focus on migrant populations, schools, local authorities and asylum seekers. By using the model of the Community Centre, OII is increasingly strengthening and systematising a territorial garrison to promote inclusion, support and access to public and private services for families and children in the fields of work, education, health and culture. With numerous experience in educational programs and in developing educational methods and monitoring and analytical tools, OII aims to provide quality models to combat educational poverty by strengthening active citizenship and family empowerment. Since 2001, a linguistic and cultural mediation service was set up, offering intercultural educational activities for the promotion of school integration and inclusion.

Citizens In Power (CIP) is an independent non-profit, non-governmental organization from Cyprus that addresses the needs and demands of people through their involvement in social and civic life, by simultaneously providing them innovative material and free trainings related with a variety of fields, such as education (including on-line education), inclusion, entrepreneurship and business, culture, labour market and lifelong learning. CIP mainly aims at the development of education, entrepreneurship and lifelong learning in Cyprus and abroad. To achieve these targets CIP has an ongoing collaboration with the leading universities, schools, NGOs and research organizations in Cyprus for the development of projects, trainings and educational material. CIP retains a valuable network of professional trainers and educational experts experienced in both formal and non-formal education.
Südwind has been working in development education and awareness raising for the last 40 years. With headquarters in Vienna and 6 regional offices, it reaches out to local actors all over Austria. Südwind has become one of the lead organizations in the field of Global Citizenship Education, Global Education, awareness raising programs for global and development issues and sustainable development (SDGs) on the national level with a strong networking role within the European organisations working in this field. Sudwinds’s 6 regional offices, which are also resource centres for Global Education, provide trainings for teachers, educators, multipliers and decision makers and directly support schools on Global Education programs through e.g. workshops and educational material. The Organisation is very active in campaigning and public relations and publishes its own magazine (“Südwindmagazin”) on the topics of international politics, culture and development. The diversity of Südwind’s projects reflects the complexity of North-South relations, culturally, economically, environmentally, politically, and interpersonally. The association is committed to ecologically, economically and socially sustainable, future-proof development . Südwind offers seminars, further training and courses on Global Education according to the ECTS system, which are offered and held at universities of education (e.g. in Innsbruck, Graz, Linz and Vienna).


Anthropolis is a public benefit non-profit association based in Budapest, Hungary. The organisation intends to promote the values of cultural relativism, participatory approach, citizens’ empowerment, and awareness on global issues. In order to introduce global perspective in institutional education and strike up social discourse, Anthropolis has created/facilitated, media and awareness-raising campaigns, educational programs and materials, workshops and trainings, e-learning courses, documentaries, focusing on the topics of global learning, cultural heritage of minorities, fair trade, migration, gender equality and contemporary slavery. Our educational activities are based on interactive, participatory methods, such as Philosophy for Children and Communities (P4C) and Forum Theatre. We are experts of Digital storytelling (DST) and applied the method for diverse target groups including students, teachers, people with special needs, professionals, etc. in different international projects in the EU and outside. Anthropolis has built an extensive network of schools and teachers, local authorities, ministries. We have established cooperation with relevant teacher-training universities and institutions working in the field of educational research and development. We are experienced in international cooperation financed by European programs like Erasmus +, EuropeAid, EC Justice and Anna Lindh foundation.
Forum for Freedom in Education (FFE) is a well-recognized civil society organization in Croatia, active in the field of training, education and youth since 1992. Its innovative, high-quality programs provide support to young people, teachers and schools, youth workers, university lecturers and professionals working with children and youth in the educational and the social welfare systems. The programs of learning advancement, civic and health education, skills of nonviolent conflict resolution and improvement of school management are designed for those stakeholders. The goals of the programs are achieved through professional training seminars and educational activities, studies and analyses, campaigns and creative competitions, as well as through direct work with youth, youth experts and educational organizations and institutions (schools). FFE advocating activities are aimed to policy makers by participating in various educational boards and councils, producing policy briefs and evidence-based policy solutions as well as through organizing different events and sharing knowledge and experience with policy makers. Over its almost 30 years of work, over 12,000 educators have participated in FFE’s training events and workshops, which are evaluated with high average mark: 4.8 (on a 1-5 scale). The National Foundation for Civil Society Development recognized the FFE’s work and awarded it their institutional support on three occasions.
